Haier Biomedical developed the smart vaccination solution by improving the traditional vaccination process, which adopts advanced refrigeration technology, automation and intelligent vaccine delivery by collaborating with IoT technologies. Connecting and leveraging the department’s existing digital system outpatient, the vaccination process can be managed as follows:

• Once the vaccination card is scanned, the IoT vaccine refrigerator will automatically and immediately eject the desired vaccine.
• A “second scan” of the medical code to confirm a “correct” & “valid” vaccine before ejecting it.
• Standardized vaccination process ensures zero error production.
• Vaccination records will be uploaded to the system in real time. Records are traceable, which allows tracking of a targeted child using a specified code.

Safe, worry-free and intelligent vaccine management

• The correct Vaccine Vital Information Management System (VIMS) confirms the correct patient required for vaccination.
• The correct vaccine is selected and sent automatically and double-checked by VIMS to ensure the correct medicine can and should be applied.
• Exchange of vaccine, child and vaccination information, full and transparent visibility, in addition to the immediate freezing of vaccines at the time of expiration or in question, ensures the high reliability of the vaccination program.

Smart vaccine storage solution

Managing vaccine storage is an important step in ensuring vaccine safety.

However, most of the vaccine storage refrigerators used in vaccination stations are ordinary household refrigerators or medical refrigerators, which do not have storage management functions, so it is difficult to use the first-in method first out.Haier’s intelligent vaccine preservation refrigerator solves the problem of manual vaccine management (pen and paper), which is time-consuming and laborious.

Automated accurate vaccine dispensing

Vaccines will be ejected automatically after scanning patient vaccination record. Re-confirmation of vaccines, inventory information, expiration dates and cold chain early warnings: The time of dispensing can be shortened and the rate of vaccination errors can effectively be reduced.

Reduce temperature fluctuation

8 independent chambers, small chamber doors can be opened separately to take out the vaccine required as quickly as possible, this minimizes the door opening time for safer storage of vaccines.

Rechecking of vaccine information

The warehousing-in/out and dispensing of vaccines can be verified by using electronic regulatory barcodes. Guaranteeing accurate vaccination, this vaccination function can only be conducted once vaccine is verified by scanning the barcode.
